I love Sullivan's Handbook- I stumbled across it while working on a research paper a few years back. Not that helpful for the paper, but wonderful nonetheless.
Hmm... is the line you're thinking of apart of the discussion of regency clothing? That's one that I had to call friends and family about just to share.
